I have one of the earbuds on the flexible headband setups from Sony. Don't have them nearby so I don't hav ethe model number but they are amazing. You can twist the headband in circles and it'll pop right back. it holds the buds in your ears but you barely feel it and it stays there when running/biking/whatever

Yah I actually ended up buying a set of Philips (couldnt' find any Seinheissers; my Wal-Mart (A super Wal Mart at that) sucks horribly in the audio department and Best Buy didn't carry them).
They hurt my ears a bit, and you can't put them in one handed because of th eway the clip on thing works.
Still trying to decide if it was worth the $20.

I personally use Medusa's, although at $125 they are worth it I feel. A little more than "cheap", something to look into I guess.

I have a pair of Sony MDR-EX81LP/B. They are in-ear with a wrap-around that goes behind the ear to hold it in place. They are very comfortable and are excellent at blocking ambient noise. They go for about $30 on Amazon.
