I would strongly advise asking your "MOM" (Motorcycle Owner Manual) before you do anything crazy with your oil. "MOM" is never wrong. "She" will tell you exactly how to add oil, how much you need, what kind you should use, everything you ever wanted to know about oil but were afraid to ask. "MOM" is so smart and "she" is always right.

Alrighty, this will tell you everything you need to know about oil, http://motorcycleinfo.calsci.com/Oils1.html but what i think it summrises to is that you should get Shell Rotella-T Synthetic
