You could make a "coupon book" of "coupons" for things. Some examples are a coupon for a foot massage, or a coupon for a romantic dinner that you make special for her, or a coupon for a movie date...for later when you have some cash....or a coupon for breakfast in bed.
The coupons can then be redeemed and you will of course have to honour the coupons you made.
