I'm hoping to get my first bike, an '05 GS500F, this weekend (please take a look at my post in the newbie forum if you get a chance....).
Hopefully I'll be able to learn on that for about a year then sell it and, GOD-willing, get an '06 GSX-R 600. The red/black one. <--

Hello....well I am a 1st time Suzuki Owner.....as of two weeks ago....here it is
So When I get home today....i will have about 550 miles....
Have done about 75 miles in dirt.....so far so good. This is my main commuter......

Nice. I like that Grey. I debated trying to find a leftover in that color when I bought mine but, ultimately decided on the '06 Black.
Have you seen the blue for '07 or '08? It's nice! Darkened it up so it's not that powder blue anymore.

Haven't been looking at bikes for awhile. Those colors do sound pretty sweet though. i just hope they still make them when I wear this one out!

I have the same bike as Scoutmedic and Scott58,mine is black.
Hey Scoutmedic, I read somewhere on another forum that Suzuki was going to discontinue the S50 after 2007.Is that a rumor?

I hadn't heard that. I hope not. Maybe they're just going to remake it? The S-series are the last boulevards without fuel injection and some of the other things that the C's and M's have.
