Ok, so I've talked to my mother and my sister. They are both green lights.

This is how the convo went:
I explained it very adult. She agreed.


Now, whats the plan?
I take an MSF Course, then go out to my Uncles Racetrack, buy a nice used Ninja 250 for $500, fully tuned up and ready to go, take it out there, and practice with my uncle, the GP Racer for a week.
How does that sound for fun

Since you are new to the sport let me be the first to suggest a litre bike.
Either a zx14 or maybe the new Busa since it is supposed to be pretty hot...no gear will be needed, just shorts and flip flops....

Actually dont....take the MSf and take most of the advice you get on here...these guys will look out for ya.

$500 might be a little ambitious for a 250 unless you are prepared to spend some on parts and re-assemble it....and if you are, you belong here more than I do.

500 for a 250??! That's a great deal! have a good start with your riding adventures.
