I've got pipes on both sides of my bike so I'm an equal opportunity leaner. If I scrape one pipe, must do the same to the other.
I find no side makes a difference, just how sharp a curve is and whether there are obstacles.

If I'm going to lose confidence on a turn in the UK it will usually be on a blind left-hander. For me, that's because, if you are driving on the left you can't see as far into your own lane on a blind left-hand turn as you can into a blind right-hand turn. I'm not quite so good on left-hand U-turns either. But I guess that's because if you drive on the left you rarely need to do one. It's less familiar.
