first bike

My ninja 250 has no problems with highway speeds. Of course I'm only 6' and 170 lbs.

I own a Honda Pacific Coast and it is a V-twin 800cc shadow motor. Fun and very comfortable bike, but not a bike for a beginner to ride. The balance is a little top heavy. The EX 250 Ninja is a good bike and has been since 86. If you like the kick back looking bikes like crusers then you will like the Honda CMX 250 Rebel. One thing though the 250 is a small bike and you will want to upgrade to a bigger size really fast. So you have to decide if you have the money to trade a 250 out in about 4 months. Hope this helps.
