No online discussion of motorcycle clubs is complete without a mention of the Denizens of Doom.

Go for it man... I did it... its my first website its easy... I'd suggest using Yahoo Site builder... they'll register your domain.. I got the standard package I think its $25.00 a month...

I just have to figure out what to put on it. I'll have to check out your site.

p.s. yahoo is nice for a beginner, but its costs around 5 bucks a year to get a decent domain, and most hosting services will give you all the server space you'd need for $10 bucks a month or so. Its a lot cheaper to just do it yourself.

Cool.. I know that hosting and domain reg. is cheaper.. I just needed the templates and everything that Yahoo site builder software offers. I dont have any experience so writing HTML and Java script would have taken me ages to learn.. I'm sure you know all about it.. If thats what you do for a living then your site will look leaps and bounds more professional than mine... I just had an itch and went with it... I think my site will serve its purpose.

oh definatly! I hope i didnt come across as negative. Yahoo's services are great for someone who doesnt know code. I just thought i'd throw it out there that with a little bit of knowhow you can save some cash. Learning html is really not hard at all and most other scripts you need can be found on the net. I think you definatly did the right thing though by using Yahoos serice.

I checked out your site and it looks really good! Congrats and good luck with it.

I ride with a club as much as I can, it is a lot more fun and a lot safer. I ride with both cruiser clubs and sport/standard bike club.

Great! I'll set something up and post it here. Just need to find some time to put something together.

Know anyone else in the area who rides? I'd really like to find people who ride like standard style, older japanese bikes. Not really into the sportbike or harley thing...

These guys have chapters just about anywhere. NO dues, no commtments, no meetings. You can ride any kind of bike, standard, cruiser, c-rocket dual-sport, it makes no difference as long as you can keep up. Their rules are simple. Avoid breaking the law and don't do anything that will embarass the club.
