Brakes,how difficult?
ya same pads as mine, i think pretty much all the newer gsx models use the same rear pads.txiki wrote:Thank you, I have sent e mail and he has responded that I need the FD111, so I'm going to order the pads now, thanks again.
dont forget the brake pad grease. you can buy small packets at like any automotive store for a $1 and you just smear some of that on the back of the pad before putting them in.
also you probably will need to bleed the brakes, i know a guy that sells Speed bleeders for cheap if you want to get them. they make bleeding brakes a 5 second job.

yea i got mine installed sb7100, i tried getting them from a local parts shop but they for whatever reason after 3 orderes could Not get the size to fit for me. so after 3 weeks of dealing with them i ordred from this guy i found on http://katriders.com/ and they fit perfect for cheaper than the dealer had ha.txiki wrote:I have ordered the pads already, the bleeders are nice, do you have them installed? What type the SB7100 or the SB s7100?. Thanks for your help
but the bleeders are great, once they are on you loosen it about 1/2 a turn and pump the brake until bubbles stop while filling the fluid a little bit then tighten the bleeder back up and your done. defiantly worth the money i think. i got 4 bleeders plus a 2' foot rubber hose shipped for 29$ and i had them in 3 days.
