Here in TN I had a friend doing some wheelies in our parking lot after work (past midnight) nobody was there but us. Eventually, a cop stopped in the parking lot to check out an alarm at another store (at least 1/2 mile away) and saw what was going on. He came over and gave my friend a reckless driving ticket which comes with a mandatory $1500 fine and 6 month license suspension (both Class D and M) therefore he couldn't even get to work/school anymore. Pretty lame if you ask me since it was technically private property, but what you going to do.

Yeah that does sound a bit unfair. Take it to court I guess.

Yeah its a lame story and nothin to do with bikes...
Noise audible ticket in my car..
Red neck cop decides to pull me over on a sunday cuz i had my music up to loud, which is BULL (for the most part), no where as loud as those wigger kids with the extreme high bass ,(all i gots is 2 infinity comp. speakers with a small AMP which does not go much more louder then stock speakers any way) and the ---> 3 harleys that drove by as he was in the car writing me up. <----only reason why I AM PISSED
I had it at a respectfull level with my window down a bit. Plus I had NO clue we had that kinda law here in ROC , ny... Im gonna fight it.
Ive only been pulled over once while riding my bike (olf fzr i had).. GOt pulled over for doing 75 (which i was doing 80) in a 55 and I don't go much more then 70 ever now. and guy let me off with a warning..
Thats all (cept for the 5+ others ive gotten in the past 3 years)
