What exactly is the penalty for street stunting?

#1 Unread post by Mag7C »

I've asked some motorcyclists if they know the penalty for popping a wheelie in traffic, and responses have ranged from monetary fines to license suspension. I asked the school cop and he didn't know either.

My guess is it varies based on where you live.

P.S. I don't plan on wacking off in the street. Just curious. :)

I think it varies based on where you live too. There probably isn't a "stunting" violation, but Reckless driving or something like that is probably what a traffic cop would throw at you.

lmao death penalty.

anyway, youre on the right track it would be either reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and definitely exhibition of speed (i.e., burn outs, high revving, etc), and while theyre at it, im sure the cops would tack on speeding, no turn signals, illegal lane change etc etc just to finish you off.

In both the states that I was a cop in, the charge would be reckless driving. But is does depend on where you live.

Sounds like there's a story there - care to share?
Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.
