I'd consider this one to be in the "Waaaay more trouble than it's worth" category.
Like i said I do a lot of 2up riding and solo riding so I know roughly when i need gas but it is never the same..obviously.. Some times I have to fill up at 118 miles and sometimes i have to fill up at 145 and anyewhere inbetween so i just wait till she sputters a little or catch it at 100 miles and i'm good to go..

I have only ran out of gas once and luckly i was pulling into the gas station

Gas guage would be a pian i looked into to it.. Personally I would want one but thats ok for now...

I found that I can get max 120 miles out of my tank unless its highway riding then I can only get 105 miles. So I try to always fill up at around 90 miles. (hey I only have a 2 gallon tank)
