I had a busy few days.....birthday and all...concert, breakfasts, dinner party, signing mortgage papers, spending time with out of town friend, driving her to the ferry...etc...and of course hair and makeup was time consuming...

Let me play devil's advocate....you say you are right and I am wrong because I believe that a husband and wife should be kind to each other and that the only thing that keeps them together is sex???

Are you implying that if a spouse comes home drunk and obnoxious, the other spouse should feel ready to jump in the sack with them?
Or, if a spouse has been spewing mean words that the other one should be ready to have sex?
Are you implying that if a spouse has abandonned the other for the whole weekend and does not show up for dinner that when the absent spouse finally does show up...well..you get my drift...

If 2 people are not nice (kind) to each other, then romantic feelings are hard to come by. We can hardly compare humans to rabbits.

Today I saw a parking space on the road which meant I did ot have to risk door dings in the parking lot of the gym....
I signalled well in advance....there was no body behind me....suddenly a guy in a pick up truck sped up behind me and left me no room to back into the space.....I gestured as if to say what are you doing? Can't you see I'm trying to park? It did not include a rude gesture.

What I got from him though was the extended middle finger......I did not let him intimidate me....I stayed where I was....he finally backed up and went around me. Then...just as I was about to resume backing in....another car came speeding up.....could not be bothered to let me finish parking and went around me forcing me to stop again...

WTF is wrong with these guys? I know the signals on my car work.

BBaawwaaahhh, lot of work went into that one. But you miss the point, that one being that when the lovey dovey gooey stuff has become old and stale, which it does, then having a good and inventive sex life goes a long way in keeping the relation ship on track. That and having a bike each also plays a part too.

As for coming home all blotto and stuff (you have some really weird friends) I would normally just kick the door in and shout up the stairs" get them off, your next"
