How about a Gold Star for not asking us to choose between a Gixxer 1000 and a Hayabusa! Finally a new guy with a little bit of sense!

Ouch, at what interest rate? Credit cards can be murder, and worse yet they have the freedom to change your rate if you are an hour late on the payment, or if your credit rating slips (they check it periodically), or if they dont like how you pay your card.

For example Providian recently started hiking people's rates to almost 30% depending on their payment history (not late or slow payments, but whether they paid a little more than the minimum, etc)...they have no justification for it, and most CC companies seem to be punishing their good long-term customers because they aren't making enough money. Late fees are pushing $30 now, and often if you realize your payment is due in a couple days you are stuck because they delay payments (you need to pay at least 3-4 days in advance, even electronically, in order to ensure you make the due date). Plus, you end up with a variable rate anyway, and thats NOT good, especially since most CC companies don't list the interest rates on your bill, you have to call them up to find out.

Credit card debt is not a good idea, even for a financing option.

On a side note, call your credit card companies today! Find out your interest. I recently made such calls, and discovered one of my cards had jumped to 23% from 15%! No reason, they just claimed prime rate went up. I paid that balance off quick!

Sorry my friend, you'll have to look up the phone numbers as the site I got them from didn't have phone numbers listed. :( Try typing the dealership names in www.google.com and it will give you the phone numbers. On the brite side, you have more dealerships than most of us!! You should be able to find a 500 Ninja with little problem... unless no one wants to get rid of them!

- kabob983: I know what you mean, just look at the amount of dealerships in that area!! WOW

Go to www.switchboard.com or www.yellowpages.com and just do a search for "motorcycle dealers" with your zip code...that should give you all the info you need.
