I remember the royal treatment I got last year when I was just shopping for gear.
The dealer wanted to get rid of their leftover '05s I could have left there with an '05 yamaha R6 + $400 in gear/accessories + frame sliders + a yoshimura slip on all for MSRP this was the OTD price. May pay them another visit when I want to upgrade and see if I can get a similar deal.
it does seem that fall is a good time to go bike shopping if you want a good deal.
