NOTES: Wow, what an interesting finish, I didn't expect a fail, but then again, it's a quite controversial vehicle and while it may not be everyone's cup of tea, we most likely all agree that innovation is a good thing. I'm sure we will see some Slingshots on the street especially at this price point and in time, we may come to accept a 3-wheeled vehicle as a (fill in the blank).

Ironically I call the very divided voting numbers (which we have here) the "slingshot Effect" where you have numbers on both sides of the fence. Just happens the vehicle is a Slingshot...

NOTES: If you can get by the fact how Kawasaki is determining how they are defining the "30th Anniversary of the sportbike" then what we have here is "the most powerful production bike today" in a very special, limited, 300 model run. That itself is worth the Cool rating. But beyond that we have a mile burner capable of comfortable travel that will put smiles on your face for a million miles. Not bad at all Kawasaki!

NOTES: Back in the day, the Kawasaki Z series of motorcycles were the cream of the crop in terms of speed, technology and handling. Think of the "Z" as the GSXR for Kawasaki. With the Z series Kawasaki held speed records over Suzuki for decades. Today, the Z series, while still good, needs a little re-working to bring up it's status to what it truly deserves.

NOTES: Quote the voter turn-out on the newest of Harley-Davidson offerings, another Trike called the Freewheeler! With our new voting system introduced almost 2 years ago it really shows how each vote counts. Even though the top category was Cool, overall we have a low 40.5% Cool rating thanks to the many uncool and fail votes. So what does this say about the new Harley-Davidson Freeweeler? Most likely it will be a slow seller that is either slightly ahead of it's time or just not right for the time. If you want one, I'd suggest to wait till they are cleared out.

NOTES: Wow, the big mega scooter from Suzuki get a big mega hammer on the results. At just 35.2% cool. I feel bad for it as I really think it deserves more, it's the scooter that started the "mega-scooter" class here in North America and really does offer riders (especially older one) who want to tour a real opportunity to do so on a light bike with lots of luggage room. But for looked, price and performance, I can see Suzuki has their work cut out for them.

NOTES: Wow, what a Cool Wall score as the 2014 Moto Guzzi V7 Racer shoots straight to the top of the charts for 2014! Moto Guzzi really has something very unique and very special on their hands at very reasonable price point. With the introduction this week of the 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 II, it will be interesting to see if we get even closer to that perfect 100%. With a 92.3% Cool Wall score, it's almost a duty to see a V7 Racer in real life if you haven't yet at the Motorcycle Shows or at a Guzzi Dealership.
