Notes: Indian crates something unique and custom, sadly, the 50s style is now a niche market. The 2017 Indian Roadmaster isn't everyone's cup of tea with a sea of green plastic and big touch screen tech package that may be outdated already. That said, Polaris has really grown into and expanded the Indian brand and they have something for almost every rider. At a score of 59.5% isn't a great score but it does go to show that every vote counts, so make sure you vote each week.

Notes: Dirt bikes are not every rider's cup of tea and I suspect it's not because we don't like them, it's the unfamiliarity of the class. Unfortunately, not all of us get to start out on one, myself included, and see a dirt bike as something alien. That's a shame as many riders who either start out on one or do both say their riding skills really benefit from it. Beta, a small but growing company, makes some of the best dirt bikes around and the new RS-S line has A LOT of potential for off-road, on-road, dual sport, ADV or even adventure touring.

Notes: Exciting times! They say history repeats itself, and the Harley-Davidson vs Indian rivalry is alive and well again! Who would have guessed just 10 years ago Indian would be where it is today? It's amazing how well a job Polaris is doing with the company and how far they have come in such a short time to revive the brand. Lots of road to go still but at least they are in the fast lane...

Notes: If I can sum-up in two words what the Total Motorcycle community thinks of the new Yamaha XSR900 modern-retro bike, it would be "Yes, please!". 87% of members say the bike is at least Cool if not awesome. Not a bad prediction at all for Yamaha's sales! People love the classic Yamaha yellow paint job as well. Personally, I wish they could do something about the awkward position and look/design of the gauge mostly. But then it would be more retro-modern-retro of a bike I guess! lol.
