I took my car through a car wash, then went walking around a lake for the afternoon. After supper watched a movie called Pitch Black starring Vin Diesel. It's a Sci-Fi flick. (Vin is a better actor than Keanu Reeves.....not hard to do...)

awesome movie. chronicles of riddick was the better movie of the series though.

It makes it easier to exercise if it's convenient.

I went again today. I am determined to get back to my pre-accident weight and some strength. I still have lingering problems from the accident and I suspect they won't go away....so I'll just do the best I can.
