I'm planning on attending AIM in Columbus in October, might rent a couple bikes while we're in town and ride 555 that way. Looks like some pretty excellent riding.

Heck yeah, right on! Wasn't even aware of said convention, guess I should check it out seeing how it's in my neighborhood! Hopefully you can plan at least a couple nights in Athens and hit as many routes as you can fit in.

Oh yeah, you absolutely need to attend the AIMExpo. How close is it to your neck of the woods?? Bring your gear, they do full-on guided demo rides of all the new models, or at least as many new models as the OEMs bring. AWESOME convention, they did it in Las Vegas two years ago and I took the whole family. I wrote an article about it here on TMW too, it's HERE.

I'm just 40min away, Columbus is my closest major city.
