Now all of you know why I am increasingly bitter day in day out especially against cops. I would gladly kill one now after digging up old files of my discharge papers.

The same principle with e-collars. It's a training tool, not a punishment device. Our dog trainer only facilitates the purchase of these things for owners who have been "trained" themselves.Candy750 wrote:AND the shock part of the dog fence system is only a "correction".
