Even better, I'm getting Windows Vista Home Premium. I've been running it in my main PC rig and it is fine. Plus Mac OS X 10.5.2 isn't playing nicely with my programs that were supposed to work with OS X. Besides I have Kaspersky Internet Security. The OS X will be used when using public routers.

VISTA!?!?!?!?!?!?! Oh please, someone give him a hearty smack across the back on his head for me. God, I have Vista on my Think Pad and damn thing is such a resource pig, that it eats up at 7% of my battery life just loading, and that is after I've cleaned out a lot dodo from the start up menu. Do yourself a favour, it you are going Windows, though god knows why, go XP Pro.

In my "Days" we used cell phones you had to haul around in a utility trailer because they were so damned big...

Had one of those, it fell off my belt while riding, hit the ground at a good 50 MPH and got run over to add insult to injury. Still worked when I got turned around and went to pick it up. Like to see my Crackberry do that today.

Picked up a friend and took him to his truck... Second friend in two days to have a fuel pump go out on them...
Alright you guys, who's been dropping gremlins in Phoenix without putting out a warning??? I'll bet it was you Canadians, getting all testy because of the cold!

Cold??? It was 23°C in our part of the world on Saturday...

We don't pay attention to the "Official" weather reports, they're taken from the Vancouver airport which is situated right on the coast with that cool off-shore breeze....

73.4 degrees Fahrenheit for those that need the conversion...

On other, better news, later this week, I'm going downtown (in the next town over) to the fire house there. My friend Dan's mother is friends with one of the firefighters there. We're going to talk about what it'd take to get on as a callforce member of the Greenfield Fire Department! Hopefully this EMT cert will give me an edge :crossesfingers: I may (omghopefully) be changing my name to Ninja Firefighter

using my ninjitsu to put out fires since 2008. I pay have to paint the Ninja to match the firetrucks there, they're Red (duh), black, and gold leaf. Put a nice big (fake) gold leaf "3" on the fairing.

Today I obsessively searched craigslist for an old dirt bike. I must have checked for new post about fifty times today.

Nothing I want in my price range so far. SIGH

I just sold my 99 for $500... Though it needs quite a bit of work...
