Yep, that's mine! I took that photo after the final clean & polish before putting it up for sale in 2007.HYPERR wrote:Was that your actual bike? It was in great shape huh?
Mike & I put a lot of effort into making that bike sparkle. It looked amazing! And it was a super fun ride, except when I tried to keep up with High_Side on the highways...

Mike created a webpage for my Honda but it never really got finished... Oh well, it's still there, so you can see more pics and info:

Thanks for the compliment!

Only 6 months or so, really struggled to get the chocolate cams for it, did everything else though and then sold it to a guy who wanted it to just put on the concourse and not really ride it.totalmotorcycle wrote:That is a really nice looking bike. Re: So you have a Honda? Cool, what is it?
haven't rode in awhile and looking for new bike
taller rider and need some leg room
favoring the sport bike as had a 900f super sport in 82
basically starting over
rode from age 15-30 then stopped til now age 50
not a hd guy like speed but sat on hayabusa and that thing feels like a rocket when on it
like the 1000rr but not sure if big enough any suggestions
also like the st1300 more sport touring but may have to live with that

Re: So you have a Honda? Cool, what is it?
I have only been riding since I passed my safety course in August of 2010.
For my first bike I found a 1980 CB650c. It didn't run well and isn't 'pretty', but after I got a professional shop give it a good go over, I have put about 1200km since then and I am lovin' it.
I would love to find a windshield for it, looking on Kijiji and Ebay, and maybe pretty it up a little, but for now just lovin' to learn to be a good, safe rider.
