I've put quotes around "production" for you. We might wanna say "production based", or "looks kinda similar".
WSB is quickly returning to it's former glory but in reality Moto-GP attracts the best of the best in rider talent. The bikes are alot more interesting to me because they have the technology that production bikes will be "based on" a few short years down the road. Rossi does his best to make others think that he is having to work for the title but in reality he has not been seriously challenged since his second year on the 500. This is the only weak part in the entertainment factor. The good part about THAT however is that we get to watch what I believe to be the greatest two wheel racer of all time. This could be his last year so I'll be watching as much as I can.

Speed is really losing it.

I went to set my auto-tune for the GP tommorow, and it's not listed. :? They got auto racing listed in that time slot. But the description says MotoGP... so I guess Speed considers MotoGP as car racing... :frusty: Idjits.....
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

oh indeed, I am armed with beer and pizza right now - in preparation for MotoGP!!! w00t w00t.

I enjoy all of the AMA classes, as I feel they give a preview for things to come - but the pinnacle of two wheeled road racing is MotoGP - that is where the machines are astounding, and the riders are too. Neither AMA Superbike or World Superbike's steeds are too entirely similar to the production models they share names with. It's a bit like calling a C5R and a C5 the same Corvette.

Speaking of Corvettes (I know I know, this is a motorcycle forum) Test Drive is airing just before the MotoGP 250 race on Speed, and they'll be doing the C6 Z06 - a car I would commit several crimes for.

Im stoked Rossi and Edwards are rideing for Camel now...could get interesting...not that Rossi will lose...hes chenged teams before and continued to win. And its awesome there are more home team riders to root for. Edwards, Hayden, Roberts and Hopkins go USA. I also cant wait to see if Gibernau can hold it together for another season. Only 1&1/2 hours for me till 250 class runs. Sucks im at work...
thats a sweet bike.
