Hokay, so the headlight is actually illegal. It's prone to melting and basically cheap construction it also lacks the ability to cast light, so that's out. You're looking at the front end to a CBR there, probably the '04 or '05 version (note the USD forks and slash in the front fender).
I don't recognize the tail, but if I could get my hands on one of those... I'd buy it and install it, though I think that it would require removing the current subframe and installing a new one easier said then done. That's also a lot of work.
The pegs are aftermarket and worth about $500 USD. The bellypan looks like a Pyramid or an Ermax and will set you back in the neighbourhood of $200 with shipping. The rad covers are $150 USD and are definately made my Pyramid.
If you look at the shape of the tank you can tell it's a pre '03 version, so there are quite a few changes between his and mine.
That being said, I'm looking at doing some of those mods, or at least something similar. I doubt I have the kind of money that he has though.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
There's no reason you need to drop the coin he did on the front and rear suspension, and you could find a better looking and probably cheaper headlight "O Ring". pretty easy. The rest would not be outta reach and looks pretty sweet. And yellow would look way better than that red.
Won't even get into those fruity lookin' wheels.....

That tailpiece makes my legs tingle. I would be willing to part with a fair potion of my savings for one of those.
As far as the wheels, I really like my current ones, and I'm happy with the swingarm. I would like to upgrade my suspension, but I was thinking more along the lines of preogressive springs, and heavier oil in the front, and a better shock in the back. But then I'd need to learn how to set up suspensions (I'mstill riding around stock).
And I've been looking into the rad covers for the last couple of months, but have yet to find a truely reasonable set (from someone that speaks English).
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
Those wheels in purple would be the only way they could look worse to me.... luckily I don't have final say over world-wide bike color schemes....
there would be alot of black bikes, yellow bikes and red bikes, and not much else.
