I changed all clutchplates and steelplates and the problem got even worse. The bike has done 40,000 kms so I figured something had to be wrong with the disengaging mechanism and replaced the lower clutcharm that transfers the force from the clutchwire to a pushrod that goes through the centre of the clutchbasket and usually disengages the clutch.
The grooves in the arm were somewhat worn so it was easy to assume that this was the problem but unfortunately the problem remains.

The clutchwire runs smoothly and the clutchbasket is in good condition, with no marks on the arms after the plates wich otherwise can hinder the movement.
I know I'm not the only one who has had this problem on a SRAD but no-one seems to be able to give me the answer back home in Sweden so I'm putting my hopes on this forum.
If you have any ideas or know someone who has knowledge about suzukiclutches please help!!
