Feel like ranting!

On the topic of customer service...
I took the day off today because my wife and I just bought some new couches and are waiting for them to be delivered. They told us we had a a.m. delivery schedule which means between 8am - 1 pm. It is now almost 2 pm. with no call. Crap like this drives me F'n crazy!
I called my shop and luckily there is not too much going on.
On top of it all, I have a bad back and do not have any freakin' place to sit that is plush. That is why I am kickin' it on this site...which is pretty entertaining.

I hear ya. Whenever something needs to be delivered or if for some reason a repairman is needed, they are usually late.

Next time run to the store around 11am. Just 5 minutes, to get a drink. Inevitably they will have shown up, left, and given you a note to reschedule.

Hey CNF2002, very funny you mentioned that, I was on my way out the door to buy a twelve pack when the truck pulled into my driveway...at 2:30! Oh well, at least the couches arrived and unharmed. Now I just need to figure out what to do with my surround sound speaker wires without having to drill holes in the F'n floor!
