Hey, I have a squidly request. Anyone got a sound byte of the Ducati Monster 620 stock exhaust?

These dang duc dealers won't even fire em up for me..

Probobly between the Monster 620 dark and the CBR600F4i...

go with the duke. its about 7 times sexier than the honda. (and about 7 times more $$$ to maintain)

The deciding factor between the 2 bikes is not the exhaust sound btw. I'm just curious as I can never get anyone to fire one up.

I do like the duc a lot.

It's not the exhaust-sound that means anything with a Ducati. It's that dry-clutch sound that will make you think it's falling apart until you get accustomed to it!

Heh, the dealer here will fire them up in the middle of the showroom! I was walking by and someone was looking at a monster and the dealer threw the key in and hit the start button. That thing was reeeeeeeeally loud (but sweet, don't get me wrong!)

V-Twin sound > I-4 sound

If the dealer starts a bike up for you to hear too fast don't buy that bike :) It probably means they started it up 100 times for people, didn't get it to running temperature and fouled the plugs :D
