missed the best day of the year
well the best day so far.it was fantastic today,but the bikes been running rough for a while so i pulled the carbs when i got home from work,stripped and cleaned them,emptied the tank and cleaned the petcock.thats where i found the problem,water.how i got water in the tank i dont know but i did.started refitting this morning,hoping to get out while the sun was out,keyoke came over to give us a hand.got every thing back together and a float bowl leaked fuel .missing gasket.found the gasket,id put two on one float bowl.knew i shouldnt have tried to put them back together when i was so tired.anyway ,had to pull the carbs off to put things right.so just got to refit everything again in the morning and hope it goes right this time.at least i got help coming.keyokes promised to give us a hand again,might get done in time to watch wsb .xjrjohn
