im wondering do all msf courses give a bike to learn on?

The "actual" Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course does. I don't know about other organizations. You can visit the MSF national website by clicking on the link in my signature.

im lookng at there web site and i dont see anything about cost is it free?

In Connecticut the cost of the MSF course included the bike.

Depends where you are at. In Ohio it is $25. I've seen other folks post they've paid $250 in other states.

But it ain't free. And for the basic course the supply the bikes.

Yep, it all depends on the state you live in. In Pennsylvania, the BRC and ERC are paid for through the driver's licensing fees.

Let us know where you're at and, I'm sure someone here will be in the same state or have more info for ya.

i live in michigan and i was reading another post and someone from michigan was saying he paid 25 so thats a good sign

the MSF course costs $15 in wyoming.

$15 BUCKS??? That's it???? Geez - here, we pay $400 (yes, Four Hundred Dollars CDN) for the course which includes the bike use and another $30 if we want to be tested for licensing after the course. That's for a 19-20 hour course. Are we talking about the same course? Where's N-Pete - I think we are getting totally hosed again....

I payed $180 here in Texas. It just depends on whether the course is payed for by the state or not.
