NBA Playoffs
Who else has been watching the playoffs this year? It's the first time since MJ retired, that I've found myself caring about the NBA. I'm was awe struck by the Dallas-San Antonio series, and am having a blast watching the Pistons-Heat.
I think we'll see Dallas vs Detriot this year in the finals. Though I'm rooting for the Suns!

I haven't given a sh*t since the Portland Trailblazers won it back in the '70's. Maybe a tiny sh*t when the Lakers were playing, but mostly, no sh*t. The last couple years, the infighting and drug charges and coach changes of the Portland team are about all the entertainment I can stand. Oh, yes, if anybody else gives a sh*t, the Trailblazers are for sale......

I've been watching the hockey instead. But I've heard the NBA playoffs are good this year. I just can't bring myself to watch NBA yet again tho.
A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?

The NBA playoffs grabbed my attention this year. I like the Dallas vs. Phoenix drama with Nash and that tall German Nowitzki dude...
Since MJ retired from the Bulls, I've paid little attention to the NBA. It's gotten so thuggish that I've lost most of my interest in the league.
Now the NFL...that league is sweet!

It's been a pretty exciting year to start watching again. Just finished the Phoneix/Dallas game, and I really enjoy the faster paced games. It's very different from the Jordan heyday, but still very enjoyable. As for the NFL, I just can't get into American football. Football (Soccer) now that's a whole other story!
