I cant find any info on 2006 katana 600 gas mileage.
Its brand new bike, and i've got only 1500 miles on it, and tank is 5.4 gallons. Full tank lasts me only for 140-150 miles. Could this be because engine is still fairly new, and its still breaking in, or its normal mileage for Kanoftuna??

It could still be breaking in...

Also, how are you measuring your mileage? Do you fill up when you hit your reserve? Make sure to note how many gallons you fill back up and try to fill to the same point each time, because I am willing to bet you fill up less than the 5.3 gallons that your tank holds. Then divide the number of miles for that tank by the number of gallons you just filled back up. You are probably getting better mileage than you think.

You should be getting somewhere between 35-45mpg from what I have read..

And I think you should get way more then 35-45 once its broken in. I'd think around 50 or more. Hell, my 1200, 20 year old FJ gets 50.
