Hi. My name is Karen and I live in London, England. I have just sold my Vmax and Savage and bought an 883 Hugger. I love it as I have always wanted a harley but neede a low bike as I am only short. My problem is that my legs sit very close, if not on, the oil tank and cylinder cover. It gets a bit hot as you know. Any ideas as to fixing a small type of bar to keep my legs from resting on them, or perhaps a cover to put over this part of the bike.
Thanks
Hot legs on the oil tank/cylinder head

Welcome to our forums!
I don't really have a recommendation except for maybe try contacting the dealership. Perhaps Harley has had similar complaints and has a rememdy. Good luck!
Cheers,
Loonette
