Draggin Jeans
Looking at options for pants and wondering if anyone here has or knows someone who has gone down wearing these jeans, and how much protection they provided.

i have draggin jeans and wear them all the time riding unless i choose to use the 1pc suit.
anyway... like it is advertised... it's only good for abrasion protection and not impact protection.
you can get the knee armor upgrade from them if you want.

I have some Icon Barrier jeans, I love them, but I have yet to crash test them... they are sturdy enough that I feel confident in them however.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I've got Draggin Jeans as well. The downside is that they're not fully lined for abrasion protection, just the knee and backside area. If I was to purchase a pair of riding jeans again, I would attempt to find one that was fully lined.

Re: Draggin Jeans
Draggin jeans are about the only mob that advertise their product by showing you how well they hold up in an extended slide. They have videos of a guy being dragged down a road on his arse and he gets up sweet as a nut.MetricRider wrote:Looking at options for pants and wondering if anyone here has or knows someone who has gone down wearing these jeans, and how much protection they provided.

Re: Draggin Jeans
My biggest concern is that they'd just roll up your legs, but I still wear mine.Mintbread wrote:Draggin jeans are about the only mob that advertise their product by showing you how well they hold up in an extended slide. how tight do draggin jeans fit? i ask because i'm a larger man (6'3 285, 38"waist) but as a cross country skiier and a swimmer, my thighs are ridiculous (34") and i have to buy real baggy jeans for them to fit right.
