Here is a custom builder located here in my home town in N.E.Ohio. The web site is a work in progress, but they are getting there. The guys do some nice custom bike building.

there are some nice bikes on that site. nice thing is all those customs are very ridable. I think this is the first builder I have seen that specializes in the shadow and magna

Yeh, nice stuff. He is working on an XS650 Yamaha right now. I hope to get a look at it while he is putting it back together.
