Kph does not go up in increments of 10 on motorcycles.

Nope, the reading is in MPH. You can see the KPH numbers under it.

Clearly a fake. I've yet to see any vehicle non jet that speed increases faster than the tach. From the looks of it, I'd say 160-170mph tops.
