What is it with adventure bikes being so damned ugly? Here is Kawasakis attempt at out-uglying the V-Strom. Don't get me wrong, I love this type of bike, but do they really have to try to make them hidious???

Phew.
Judging by the title I thought you had started to like the look of Suzuki's ugliest bike to date.

Then again even Ducati, who can generally be relied upon in the style department, came up short with their effort:

Looks alot like the BMW GS650, just not quite so tall (the BMW seems like a tower to me, and I'm 6'1)

The Duc looks good. When I first saw it, I thought it had integrated the taillight with the exhaust pipes. THAT would have been unique...a ring of LEDs around the tailpipes that serve as brakelights. But I was disappointed when I saw it had a regular LED array above it instead.

The headlight on that Kawasaki has to be the most god-awful, hideous looking headlight I have ever seen. The only thing that could make that bike uglier is the Kawasaki lime green color    :puke:

But for some strange reason, I am one of the only people on earth that thinks the VStrom looks good...

I actually like the Kawi, it's a lot nicer then the Buell at any rate.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
