That guy got pwned. Amazing that he gets up right away considering he wasn't wearing any gear.

Do reckless drivers have special powers or something? Same kind of krap happens with drunk drivers in cages. They just walk away, but someone else dumps their bike in the grass at 5mph with gear on and breaks thier legs.
WTF!!!
