1980 Suzuki GS550E, it runs fine, needs to have front turn signals reattatched (legal though to ride in SC without them, but I won't for very long). If all goes well I may have it this weekend, otherwise I'd have to wait till next sunday.

Paying $950, my dad doesn't believe it's a bad price, still gonna try and talk the guy down a bit. Needs a bit of cleaning but I'll happily do whatever work is needed on my new bike.

+1

nice bike. Should be a good starter bike. Easy to wrench on too I'd imagine.

Well it looks like I'm going to have to wait a week before I can get it. My guy who's going to buy the bike for me then deliver it wasn't able to get ahold of the seller yesterday to see if he'd take a check, then my mom let me know she doesn't have the gas money to meet my guy up halfway. Then I don't get another day off from work until next sunday. But that does allow me to get some more spending money (my checks get into the bank on tuesdays) and perhaps I can get a charger before I get the bike (will probably need it). Wish me luck that the seller doesn't get out squirrelly and tries to weasel out of the deal.
