Finally saying hi....

#1 Unread post by guitardad »

Hi all - Been watching here for a while, and I've decided to get a little more active. I've been riding for about 3 years, and I've just earned my Maryland State certification as a RiderCoach. Oh, and there's another rider in the family - our own Lion_Lady!
Chaz (LL's my better half!)
'94 R1100RS "Clifford" - Red, the "energetic and quick-thinking" color
'79 R65 "Hans" - Just as red, half as fast

Thanks for the welcome, all. LL and I are distantly related - we've only been married for 21 years!

Now the bikes..... My avatar is "Muffin", a 1988 BMW R100GS I bought on eBay earlier this year. Here's a bigger version of the pic:

But my main bike is "Clifford", the "Big Red Bike", a 1994 BMW R1100RS. This is from our club's photo scavenger hunt last year:

Welcome. I've seen you both at Motorcycle USA but couldn't figure out why you weren't over here too.
