dropped my bike and know it wont turn over?

dropped my bike and know it wont turn over?

it was parked and fell over and part of the clutch handle broke off, know it wont start. any ideas on what could have happened?

lights still turn on

Does the starter still spin the engine over?
Or is there nothing when you hit the start button?

Kill switch? (this is if it turns over but won't start)

it doesnt even turn over anymore.

I would check the obvious stuff first, like the kill switch.

Maybe the clutch damaged the safety switch that is operated by the clutch.
But I would think that you could still start it in nuetral if that were the case.
hmmmm........

There is also a safety kill switch on the kickstand that may have been damaged.

It should not be any kind of major problem from just a little fall.
