Hello all

#1 Unread post by tchaftantouri »

Hey,
This looks like a great forum.
I completed the MSF in August and the info posted here about first bikes was very helpful to read before getting my first motorbike.(Even though technically I didn't follow it s I ended up getting an '89 Honda Hawk '' ).
San Francisco is a great place for rides(except when it is really windy and/or
foggy).
I took a ride down to Alices' for the 2007 yamaha release. 84 down to hwy 1 is amazing.
Apart from the cool new yamahas, it was interesting to wander 'round and check out all the different rides people have. Even more entertaining are the people themselves.
The bike world seems very tribal.
Well, see you in the lists, or better yet, on the road,
later,
David

:welcome2: to TMW. Glad to hear you took the MSF course. It's a smart thing to do.

One thing about San Francisco....you get lots of hill practice. :)

No doubt!!

Welcome to the boards. I must admit - I'm a bit envious of you, your access to the sweet roads that travel north into Marin County. I hope you traverse them well. Enjoy the forums.

Cheers,
Loonette
