BMW Euro Champ Stunt Rider Chris Pfeiffer burned bike rubber at BP Ultimate Big Boys Toys this weekend 11-12 November 2006 at ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, Auckland, the Expo with more Y chromosones that you can shake a stick-shift at...

The Expo not only houses BP Ultimate Motorsport Zone but sections on Lifestyle, Outdoor Pursuits, Motoring and Gaming. I was impressed by the way the exhibits were displayed, with snooker players playing at a bar to promote whiskey, martial arts displays promoting Japanese motorbikes - and Promo Girls selling just about everything else under the sun, from Durex to motor oil.

Another highlight at Big Boys Toys was the Pagani Zonda Roadster worth 1.5 million and brought over specially for the show. Judging by the appreciative crowd they'd better wax it for drool. Another beaut was the latest yellow Gallardo Spider from Lamborghini, and the Black Beauty, which got New Zealand 4th place among 25 nations in last season’s A1GP championship.

From land lubbers and bike rubbers to sea lovers...the bolted steel amphibian rescue boat got lots of oohs and aahs from the guys and all the latest desirable watercraft are in one shed for boaties to admire.

And women weren't just present in hotpants and binikis, oh no- there is an entire section set up to entertain the Ladeez, with the ZM Girlzone with Cut Above Academy as a Roman-styled paradise with firemen, manicures and massages on offer. While boys play with their toys, their partners can receive complimentary pampering such as hair styling, massage, make-up artistry, manicures, facials, waxing and more, all courtesy of the Cut Above Academy.
