Well his timing was a bit off but he was actually pretty good.

Oh, and if I ever see a bike with a glowstick hanging from the grips i'll know who owns it

No glowstick, but he has a bicycle bell on there. He's on the 650R forums. Also the creator of the hello kitty wave.
