DAYTONA 675 RACING SUPPORT PROGRAMME

Following numerous enquiries from the racing community, Triumph Motorcycles is pleased to announce a Racing Support Programme for national and club racers who choose to contest their 2007 championship on a Triumph Daytona 675.

The 2007 programme offers Triumph-backed support to eligible Supersport racers competing on the Daytona 675 at club level and above. The new scheme will offer a heavily subsidised Daytona 675 and discounted spares to successful applicants. Racers can apply to enter the programme by contacting their local Triumph dealer and filling out an application form.

Designed with the race track in mind the Daytona 675 has proven to be a great success and brought an exhilarating new dimension to the 600 Supersport class. Its light weight, slim-line chassis and precise handling, combined with an impressively powerful engine, have helped the Daytona 675 convincingly win the Supersport comparisons in the majority of magazine tests, including Super Test and Master Bike, the main track-based group tests.

To be considered for the Triumph Racing Support Programme the applicant must be a dedicated racer with good prospects, but not necessarily competing at British championship level; Triumph want the distinctive sound of their triple to be heard at all levels of racing in 2007 and beyond.
