Obviously the end of the year brings out the promotioanl deals but are there any other months that are known for better deals/ rates?

Usually the winter months after January since dealers want to get rid of many old models to make room for the new year releases. Still from what I've seen Nov and Dec have the best deals.
One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.
