For me (this is just one place) it's a place in N.S.W. Australia, called Geehi.
It's in a beautiful green valley next to the Geehi river. What an awesome place to go Camping on a bike in Summer. This place is located at the foot of Australia's largest (Hill) Mountain, Mt Kosciusko.

All around this area are some wicked roads to ride!

I would have to say The Northern California coast area, specifically the redwoods. Avenue of the Giants is breathtaking, read about it here: http://www.pashnit.com/roads/cal/Redwoods.htm
Also, Yosemite National Park, anywhere around where I live, etc.

Take a ride along the central coast of California. Start in Monterey and ride south on the 1. You'll go through Big Sur. Keep heading south and stop for a tour of Hearst Castle. It's an unforgetable ride. Ride safe.
