Tail light/turn signal combo

#1 Unread post by JWINC »

Im trying to find a tail light/turn signal combination (all in the same housing) for my cb750 project since I dont have much to mount to on the back and I hate clutter.

Any links would be awesome.

One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.

Not sure where you live, but those aren't legal in Canada (not that this would stop me from fitting one). It's something worth thinking about though.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Even if they're like this?

In Canada (or Alberta at least) you need to have the center of the brake light at least 8 inches (might be 12 I forget) away from the center of the turn signal.

It's not really a reason to pull you over, but if the cop knows his stuff it's a reason to give you an even bigger ticket after he's gotten you for speeding, or an excuse to take your bike.

That being said, I still want one - and will probably fit one as I'm doing my tail chop.

I had come across dynamics but not clearalternatives. Thanks Viper. And I will look into the legal issue here in NY, thanks for the heads up Sev.
