Did you check Fuses?
Are the cable to the battery clean and tight?
Are all the wire connection from the battery to the charger to the fusebox to the regulator to the rotor tight? You may just have a loose connection.
Do you have a voltmeter? Check the voltage at the battery with the engine running and then at higher RPM.
Thats a good starting point.
If you are not charging, the usual suspect, after fuses and connections is the voltage regulator.
