That brings up a good point of why spend more on tools if your only going to use them occasionally or rarely. Now if someone is a mechanic or there hobby requires mechanic like abilities, then yes it makes sense to put more money down.

It can get very expensive just for a basic set of tools that will do 90% of the jobs on a car or bike that is needed for our U.S standards and metric. Jimmy Carter screwed the U.S. :D when he didn't follow through on forcing the change of at least mandating dual measurments like on some international products you'll see the U.S. standard then a "/" then the metric standard. At least we would of had a chance of coverting over completely.
