Someone moved bike at work

#1 Unread post by jonbailey19808 »

Ok, maybe its a joke but im not finding it funny.

It happened once before that someone moved my bike from motorcycle parking to across the lot. First time it happened i let it go...plus it was my old $2000 beater bike.

Now it happened again with my new $7000 bike! Well i had had enough and i reported to security. They looked it up on the camera and reported back to me that 2 employess had moved it and they knew who they were.

I reported back to my supervisor and told him i really didnt want to know who it was as i would be so angry at them, and that it needs to be delt with.

Told him that was $7000 of my personal property and it could of easily been dropped.

There is always the chance that they could end up reading this but we are not in highschool anymore.

firing is harsh. i usually say no harm no foul, but I would be way pissed if someone did that to me.
sleep with their wives and when they get pissed, laugh at them.

At minimum lock the forks. Get a disk brake lock while you are at it.

Termination sounds good to me. People take way to many liberties with other peoples property these days for my taste. They want to act like children, give them more time to play in the sandbox.

Tell your boss you want to file a suit over the company's inaction over the vandalism to your vehicle by fellow employees, creating a hostile workplace.. Tell him that your lawyer says the suit could drag on for a year or two but he expects to win
People say I'm stupid and apathetic. I don't know what that means, and I don't care.
